WHOLESALE TERMS

Please read these terms carefully before placing a wholesale order.

• Every kit order must include a minimum of 12 cross stitch kits;
• Every printed pattern order must include a minimum of 12 charts;
• GST & HST apply to all Canadian orders;
• Shipping costs will be determined once your order is packaged;
• Orders must be paid in full before shipping;
• Customs or import fees may apply to US and international orders and are the buyer's responsibility;
• Should a product be defective upon reception, please get in touch so that a replacement or a refund can be offered.
