HOW DO I CREATE A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?

Please use the contact form to tell us a bit more about yourself and your business to determine if it would be a good fit. Once your shop is approved, you will receive an invitation to create an account and choose a password to gain access to the wholesale catalog.

I CREATED AN ACCOUNT BUT I STILL CAN'T SEE YOUR PRODUCTS...

Your account needs to be approved first. Use the contact form to send an email with information about your business. Once your account is reviewed and approved, you will receive an invitation to confirm your account and choose a password to gain access to the wholesale catalog.

CAN I CREATE A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE CANADA OR THE USA?

Yes. However, please remember that you are responsible for all custom and import fees and any sales taxes charged on your purchases.

DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?

Yes; any order must include a minimum of 12 cross stitch kits or 12 printed patterns. 

CAN I ORDER KITS OR PATTERNS THAT ARE NOT IN THE CATALOG?

Only the designs you see in the catalog on this website are currently available for wholesale orders. New designs are added frequently, so check back often!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?

Lead time is usually within 5 business days for items that are in stock. Should there be a delay or a change, you will be contacted promptly. Please note that this does not include delivery time.

CAN I SELL YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY E-COMMERCE SHOP?

Yes, you may sell Pigeon Coop products in your own online store. You may not sell Pigeon Coop products using third-party marketplaces or platforms such as Etsy or Amazon.

CAN I USE YOUR PHOTOS TO SHOWCASE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, you can access product photos stored in a Google drive in each item's description.
